However when I telephoned yourselves direct you were able to sort and arrange everything for me. Not only that, the recovery vehicle arrived within 40 minutes and got my car started. I am writing to express my approval of the excellent service I have had over a period of 5 or 6 years from Generali agence Prevencia for the insurance for my cars. The staff, based in Eauze, were always efficient and polite and by changing to Generali I saved over €600 for three cars previously insured by another company.
