The Schreinemachers ethos

When Philippe started working in France he quickly realised that there were many non-French who found themselves victims of insurance agents who took advantage of their lack of knowledge of the French system and French language – and were basically being 'ripped off'!

This was enough of an incentive for Philippe to battle against unscrupulous agents and give clients straight-forward, honest advice in ENGLISH. One of the first battles won by Philippe was to get Generali to translate the General Conditions of house and car insurance into English.

Philippe believes in a direct, sincere and friendly approach that will always result in the best deal for his clients, which ultimately takes all the worries from his foreign clients in a foreign country.

Philippe says: "If the client didn't exist, I wouldn't exist, so it's important to me to treat them how I would expect to be treated. This philosophy makes life so much simpler for me AND my clients!"

He has instilled this ethos into his staff and is now at the head of a thriving business, thanks to a united approach by all at Schreinemachers Sarl.

Philippe - 'the boss'

Philippe is the owner of Schreinemachers Sarl and has over 15 years of experience in the French insurance business. Dutch born, Philippe speaks Dutch (of course!), English, French and German – so he is a real European!

Françoise - 'the boss's wife'

Françoise puts the 'oil in the gearbox' at Schreinemachers. She oversees the office and the administration side and works behind the scenes.

Mireille

Mireille is Philippe's other right-hand. She brings her expertise in all the legal aspects of insurance and legal protection.

Caroline is our receptionist, the lady with the smiling welcome.

Géraldine handles policies and claims for clients named from A to G.	Marie-Laure handles policies and claims for clients named from H to N.	Marie-Pascale handles policies and claims for clients from O to Z.
Estelle is in charge of the business' commercial activities. She also speaks German.	Marion takes care of new clients and creates their first policy with us.

Our international team is at your disposal for any question you might have, to provide your insurance policies and to help you with your claims (not too many, please!). The whole team speaks both French and English.
